The Team

Adam Loucks

CEO

is the Program Manager of the Center for Data Analytics and Cybersecurity at Lamar University and is pursuing an MBA in cybersecurity management. With prior engineering experience at Intel, he provides leadership and program oversight for HardLockChip.

Prosenjit Paul

CTO

is a cybersecurity researcher specializing in hardware-based intrusion detection for safety-critical cyber-physical systems. As a Research Associate in the CDAC Lab, he leads the development of HardLockChip for low-latency timing anomaly detection in automotive and embedded control platforms.

Ming Gong

CPO

is a senior Computer Engineering student at Columbia University with expertise in hardware security, FPGA-based simulation, and on-chip monitoring architectures for cyber-physical systems.

Joseph Raymer

CISO

is a Cyber Research Scientist at Lamar University and an M.A. student in Computer Science, with hands-on experience in secure IT/OT environments, penetration testing, and automated threat detection.

Advisory Board

Faculty Advisor Helen Lou

is Director of the Center for Data Analytics and Cybersecurity at Lamar University and a Fellow of AIChE, with extensive experience in cybersecurity, intelligent manufacturing, and critical infrastructure resilience.

Faculty Advisor Xingya Liu

is an Associate Professor and Interim Chair of Computer Science at Lamar University. His research spans cybersecurity, next-generation wireless networks, and mobile and fog computing.

Faculty Advisor Alek Hutson

is Associate Director of the Center for Midstream Management and Science. With a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Houston, he contributes expertise in real-time industrial analytics and applied research partnerships.

Faculty Advisor Kyle Scott

is Executive Director of Entrepreneurship at Lamar University, bringing nearly two decades of experience in strategic communications, market development, and commercialization support.
